Oversees budgets, revenue, compliance, risk, client relationships, software collaboration, workforce planning, and regional teams. Develops talent, drives innovation and continuous improvement, supports change management, cultivates new business, and represents the organization with clients, regulators, partners, and industry forums.

Coordinate energy efficiency rebate program projects from planning through delivery. Track schedules, milestones, applications, deliverables, invoicing, and reporting while monitoring quality and compliance. Communicate with internal teams, utility clients, and external stakeholders; resolve inquiries and escalate risks. Prepare technical and quantitative analyses, conduct energy-efficiency technology research, and support project financial tracking. The role offers guidance while building project management experience in sustainability programs.

Supports senior executives by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, expense reports, action items, presentations, and special projects. Coordinates across time zones and executive assistants, handles sensitive information, tracks priorities, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong organization, discretion, writing, proofreading, technology skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a hybrid office environment.

Manage and grow relationships with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and trade allies to drive participation in energy-efficiency programs. Conduct outreach, onboarding, training, documentation validation, troubleshooting, and data-driven prioritization; coordinate with internal teams to meet program goals and improve partner experience.

Lead development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to drive program participation, stakeholder engagement, and brand awareness. Create and manage messaging, collateral, digital campaigns, events, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project status, and continuously improving outreach and engagement efforts.

Manage rebate program workflows and project elements to scope, schedule, and quality. Monitor applications, support invoicing and reporting, track progress, coordinate stakeholders, perform QA, and escalate risks while maintaining documentation and timelines.

Lead planning, administration, and performance of major energy-efficiency programs. Set strategic direction, manage budgets and contracts, forecast savings, ensure QA/QC, develop staff and delivery standards, build client relationships, support business development, and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals and regulatory compliance.
