The Support Desk Engineer ensures client satisfaction by triaging and resolving service incidents through phone, email, and portal support in a remote environment.

Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and enterprise applications using .NET/C#, SQL, and Azure services. Build integrations, troubleshoot production issues, participate in full SDLC, and contribute to architecture and technical design decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable systems.

Drive territory sales of security, access control, and managed IT services by prospecting, building executive relationships, managing full sales cycle, conducting discovery and site walkthroughs, forecasting pipeline, and coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions.

Serve as the central coordinator between clients, support, and internal teams to manage requests end-to-end, keep clients informed, ensure operational workflows run smoothly, and maintain high customer satisfaction using ticketing/CRM tools.

Serve as primary user contact for a statewide regulatory case management and licensing application. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalate complex problems, onboard users, maintain tickets and knowledge base content, perform QA checks, support releases and testing, and collaborate with analysts and developers to improve the platform while ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Lead LIMS implementation activities for STARLIMS (LPH): gather and document requirements, support configuration validation, develop and execute test plans, analyze lab processes for improvement, engage stakeholders, and maintain project documentation across Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

Serve as a servant leader for 2–3 Agile teams: facilitate ceremonies, coach on Scrum/Kanban, remove impediments, track velocity, manage backlogs, liaise with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and team performance.

Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads market. Build executive relationships, develop pipelines, generate new clients, forecast opportunities, collaborate with recruiters for placements, and meet revenue targets while staying aware of local hiring and technology trends.
