Responsibilities include conducting executive business reviews, developing technology roadmaps, identifying cybersecurity and IT risks, recommending solutions, supporting onboarding and technology planning, and collaborating on solution design. The role also builds client relationships, improves satisfaction and retention, and identifies account growth opportunities while balancing business goals, security, technical standards, and budgets.

Support multiple Medicaid Enterprise System and DDI projects by coordinating change and release management, tracking deliverables, managing documentation and version control, facilitating reviews and approvals, maintaining project repositories, generating reports and dashboards, and liaising among vendors, SMEs, PMO teams, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
