Teams at Endurance IT Services

Administer and support core IT infrastructure services (storage, AD, email, backups), maintain servers and network/security devices, coordinate infrastructure projects, implement IT policies and disaster recovery, monitor system health, troubleshoot outages, perform patching and deployments, and support Windows and macOS users while ensuring compliance with CIS/NIST frameworks.

Lead LIMS implementation activities for STARLIMS (LPH): gather and document requirements, support configuration validation, develop and execute test plans, analyze lab processes for improvement, engage stakeholders, and maintain project documentation across Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

Serve as a servant leader for 2–3 Agile teams: facilitate ceremonies, coach on Scrum/Kanban, remove impediments, track velocity, manage backlogs, liaise with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and team performance.
