The Sales Account Representative will drive revenue growth, build relationships, manage a pipeline of prospects, and acquire new clients in the managed services and IT sector.

Serve as primary user contact for a statewide regulatory case management and licensing application. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalate complex problems, onboard users, maintain tickets and knowledge base content, perform QA checks, support releases and testing, and collaborate with analysts and developers to improve the platform while ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Lead LIMS implementation activities for STARLIMS (LPH): gather and document requirements, support configuration validation, develop and execute test plans, analyze lab processes for improvement, engage stakeholders, and maintain project documentation across Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
