Lead enterprise emissions data management and corporate GHG reporting. Manage the Encompass Metrics platform, ensure data quality and consistency, produce performance and regulatory reports, support assurance and audits, conduct emissions analytics, and collaborate across business units to inform reduction initiatives and compliance.

Lead development and governance of enterprise Scope 1 and 2 emissions targets, forecasting, prioritization, and multi-year reduction planning. Coordinate and dispatch daily field operations and maintenance activities, schedule work with customers and contractors, manage service orders and city clearances, support meter and main extension processes, maintain operational records, generate reports, and provide administrative support to ensure safe, efficient execution of field work.

Serve as ERP functional advisor for Oracle supply chain modules: gather and translate business requirements, evaluate processes, recommend solutions, liaise between stakeholders and integrators, oversee SCM development and integrations, troubleshoot system issues, support SIT/UAT, document processes, and drive change across materials management, procurement, contracts, and accounts payable.

Support gas supply procurement by performing gas accounting, month-end imbalance reconciliation, cashout and settlements, and month/annual reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor and resolve payables, act as backup for daily LDC nominations on the EBB, and maintain SOX compliance and audit documentation.

As an Analyst Payment Support, you will ensure efficient payment processes by maintaining reporting dashboards, building workflows, conducting data analysis, and providing training while adhering to compliance standards.
