Design, implement, and maintain pipeline control, SCADA, leak detection, and data communication systems. Support capital projects, provide technical and 24/7 on-call operational support, troubleshoot system issues, develop standards, and collaborate with operations, control center, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable pipeline operations.

Coordinate and dispatch daily field operations and maintenance activities, schedule work with customers and contractors, manage service orders and city clearances, support meter and main extension processes, maintain operational records, generate reports, and provide administrative support to ensure safe, efficient execution of field work.

Serve as ERP functional advisor for Oracle supply chain modules: gather and translate business requirements, evaluate processes, recommend solutions, liaise between stakeholders and integrators, oversee SCM development and integrations, troubleshoot system issues, support SIT/UAT, document processes, and drive change across materials management, procurement, contracts, and accounts payable.
