Supports and maintains AVEVA PI Data Historian production and development environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting interfaces, PI Archive, PI Asset Framework, and PI Vision systems; developing AF calculations and event frames; configuring templates and solution hierarchies; resolving performance and data-flow issues; documenting procedures; coordinating projects and system rollouts; and participating in 24/7 on-call support.

Leads end-to-end interconnection measurement and regulation projects across a gas transportation system. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, forecasts, invoices, change orders, procurement, contracts, contractors, construction coordination, and stakeholder communication. Develops estimates and proposals, oversees facilities installation, applies lessons learned, and improves engineering standards and project processes. The role involves office work, field activities, and travel to operating facilities, construction sites, and manufacturers.

Owns the evolution of customer-facing digital channels, including My Account, IVR, and chatbots. Uses customer insights and analytics to prioritize features, improve digital adoption, and optimize channel performance. Partners with business, technology, vendors, and customer care teams to deliver enhancements, facilitate testing, lead workshops, and support change initiatives. Requires strong product ownership, customer experience, UX/UI, analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
