Lead department managers, monitor performance, support recruitment and retention, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure high-quality resident services.

Provides nursing care to residents according to care plans, monitors and reports health changes, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with care teams, documents services, and maintains a safe environment. The role requires a current Texas RN or LVN license, CPR or BLS certification, background and drug screening clearance, and U.S. work authorization.
