Oversee all aspects of a long-term care facility: manage staff and operations, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, conduct rounds, control budgets, lead marketing and community relations, and maintain staffing and HR practices to support resident care.

Prepare and serve meals and snacks, follow portion-control procedures, clean work areas and dishes, distribute and check trays for diet accuracy, store food properly, and follow sanitary, safety, and infection-control policies.

Provide nursing care to residents per care plans: monitor health, administer medications and treatments, document care, report status changes, collaborate with the care team, and maintain a safe environment.
