AR Support (Accounts Receivable - Remote)

AR Support

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, the AR Support position is responsible for cash posting and month-end reconciliation, Hospice Medicaid billing and collections, refund review, processing and posting for all Core centers.

Responsibilities:

· Daily cash posting

· Month End reconciliation and balancing of cash

· Monthly Hospice Medicaid Billing and Collections. Expectation of 98% collection rate.

· Review refund requests for accuracy and post when complete.

· Keeps Senior Director of Revenue Cycle informed as to significant developments and concerns.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Prefer prior experience as Business Office Manager with Long Term Care experience or prior cash poster for a Central Business Office within a SNF or LTC

· Proficient in office software and management tools, Point Click Care highly recommended, Availity, Payspan, Waystar, United Healthcare, etc.

· Great communication and people skills

· Outstanding organizational and stress management skills

· Aptitude in problem-solving
