Provides nursing care to residents according to care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors health changes, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary staff, and maintains a safe environment. The role requires a current Texas LVN license, CPR or BLS certification, background and drug screening clearance, and U.S. work authorization. Experienced caregivers and recent graduates are welcome.

Oversee all aspects of a long-term care facility: manage staff and operations, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, conduct rounds, control budgets, lead marketing and community relations, and maintain staffing and HR practices to support resident care.

Prepare and serve meals and snacks, follow portion-control procedures, clean work areas and dishes, distribute and check trays for diet accuracy, store food properly, and follow sanitary, safety, and infection-control policies.
