As a Product Designer, you will own product design for parts of the Emergent platform, designing clear experiences, collaborating with engineers, and contributing to product development.

Owns end-to-end India payroll processing, reimbursements, final settlements, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll accounting coordination. Maintains accurate employee data in Keka HRMS, builds HR reports and dashboards, documents SOPs, and supports onboarding, exits, engagement, and policy rollouts. Requires strong payroll expertise, HRMS discipline, spreadsheet skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Lead end-to-end user research for Emergent's platform: scope studies, define cohorts, design questionnaires, moderate interviews, analyze surveys and data, synthesize actionable insights, present findings to stakeholders, and embed research into product, success, and sales processes.

Work directly with US and European customers to build, customize, and deploy production-grade web applications using Emergent's AI platform. Rapidly prototype, debug integrations/APIs/databases, iterate on solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive scalable product improvements and own projects end-to-end. Requires shift flexibility for US/Europe time zones.

Secure and harden a multi-tenant, AI-driven execution environment: design sandboxing and isolation, defend containers and cloud infra (AWS/GCP), implement runtime detection, integrate logging/SIEM, and protect CI/CD and supply chain for AI-generated code.

Manage investor communications and engagement, prepare investor and board materials, support fundraising and diligence, track financial and operating metrics, maintain investor CRM and cap table data, coordinate meetings and responses, and perform ad-hoc business analysis to ensure accurate, timely investor-facing information.
