Own end-to-end Sales and GTM recruiting, advising leadership on talent strategy, market mapping, role design, sourcing, compensation, and offer negotiation. The role requires strong curiosity about internet and tech culture, comfort with JavaScript or Python, APIs, deployment platforms, and evidence of at least three shipped AI side projects.

Owns end-to-end India payroll processing, reimbursements, final settlements, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll accounting coordination. Maintains accurate employee data in Keka HRMS, builds HR reports and dashboards, documents SOPs, and supports onboarding, exits, engagement, and policy rollouts. Requires strong payroll expertise, HRMS discipline, spreadsheet skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Secure and harden a multi-tenant, AI-driven execution environment: design sandboxing and isolation, defend containers and cloud infra (AWS/GCP), implement runtime detection, integrate logging/SIEM, and protect CI/CD and supply chain for AI-generated code.

Own founder branding for the CEO and co-founder across LinkedIn, X, and newsletters. Responsibilities include writing in each founder’s voice, sourcing ideas, managing the content calendar, securing approvals, repurposing content, monitoring engagement, reporting performance, and coordinating with PR and social teams. The role requires strong executive communications, writing, program management, startup and AI fluency, and familiarity with US and European audiences.

Generate qualified enterprise and mid-market pipeline through phone-first outbound prospecting. Research target accounts and decision-makers, run multichannel sequences using phone, LinkedIn, and email, qualify prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide messaging and market insights to improve outbound playbooks.

Build and maintain backend services in Python or Go, contribute to production systems, and participate in design, testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment. Identify user stories, collaborate with design and video teams, track performance, and adapt strategy based on results.

Create end-to-end AI-generated films for social channels and campaigns, including concept development, storyboarding, prompting, generation, editing, sound, color, captions, and visual effects. Maintain character and visual consistency across sequences, combine AI output with live footage and motion graphics, build reusable creative assets, evaluate emerging tools, and collaborate with writers and on-camera creators.

Edit high-volume short- and long-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Produce talking-head content, product demos, interviews, user stories, and trend-driven pieces with strong hooks, captions, motion graphics, sound design, and platform-specific formatting. Organize footage and asset libraries, collaborate during scripting, and use performance data to improve pacing and engagement. Deliver polished content on short timelines, often within 48 hours.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closure, develop strategic accounts, build executive relationships, conduct consultative demos, manage pipelines, and negotiate deals. The role requires selling complex AI technology to product, engineering, operations, and business teams while collaborating with SDRs, product teams, and leadership to drive new business and expansion.

Create and appear in short-form video content for Emergent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Generate ideas, write scripts, self-shoot, host interviews, collaborate with editors, respond to trends quickly, participate in live and community content, and use performance data to improve results. The role targets US and European audiences and requires strong on-camera presence, international internet-culture fluency, and the ability to demo Emergent’s product.

Own end-to-end retention and existing-subscriber revenue: measure churn/LTV, diagnose drivers, design long-term retention strategy, run experiments and campaigns with cross-functional teams, manage retention P&L, and report performance to leadership.
