Own the company-wide analytics function, defining metrics, reporting, revenue analytics, experimentation, dashboards, and data governance. Build and lead the analytics team while partnering with executives, product, growth, finance, and engineering. Architect the modern data stack, ensure data quality, deliver strategic analysis, and deploy AI-native workflows using Claude, MCP, and agentic tools to automate analytics and reporting.

Translate rigorous analysis into product, growth, pricing, and trust-and-safety decisions.

Build and lead Emergent's legal function across India and the US. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; own data privacy compliance (DPDP, GDPR); advise on IP and open-source; support corporate matters including fundraising and governance; guide product and engineering on AI and user-data legal issues; build templates and processes; manage external counsel and track evolving AI/tech regulations.

Lead a technical support team for an AI-driven SaaS product, build scalable support processes and automation, monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction, collaborate with engineering to resolve recurring issues, mentor staff, and own support tooling, metrics, and knowledge base strategy.

Secure and harden a multi-tenant, AI-driven execution environment: design sandboxing and isolation, defend containers and cloud infra (AWS/GCP), implement runtime detection, integrate logging/SIEM, and protect CI/CD and supply chain for AI-generated code.

Support community operations and ambassador program: run event pages and on-site logistics, manage Discord/Facebook groups, handle member support, capture content, maintain trackers and dashboards, source and onboard city ambassadors, and help scale global event playbooks.

Own end-to-end subscription and product analytics: funnels, retention, churn, LTV, and revenue tracking. Build production dashboards and alerting, run exploratory analyses, validate A/B tests, document metrics and data schemas, and use AI tools to automate query generation, anomaly detection, and reporting.

Partner with leadership to drive org health, workforce planning, and restructuring; build HR policies, processes, and systems; manage employee relations fairly; use HR analytics to inform decisions; and support change management while scaling HR across India and the US.
