The Outbound Business Development Representative will generate qualified enterprise leads through cold calling, account research, and multi-channel outreach, ultimately booking meetings for Account Executives.

Own and operationalize Emergent's brand system across paid creative, web, social, events, OOH, merch, and in-product experiences; lead tentpole campaigns end-to-end, art-direct creative, partner with Product, Growth, and agencies, and apply generative AI to accelerate production and measurement.

Own product messaging and positioning for Emergent's app builder and AI agent platform. Lead market research, competitive intel, and cross-functional GTM for launches. Conduct user interviews and usage analysis, translate messaging into channel- and journey-level copy, and partner with Product, Growth, Brand, Content, and Sales to drive adoption and enablement.
