The Outbound Business Development Representative will generate qualified enterprise leads through cold calling, account research, and multi-channel outreach, ultimately booking meetings for Account Executives.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing across Meta and Google for app and web, optimize CAC/ROAS and margins, build dashboards and budget models, automate reporting with LLMs, analyze keywords and creatives, collaborate with Product/Finance/Creative, manage a team of specialists, and evaluate DSP/programmatic channels to drive profitable growth.

Own product messaging and positioning for Emergent's app builder and AI agent platform. Lead market research, competitive intel, and cross-functional GTM for launches. Conduct user interviews and usage analysis, translate messaging into channel- and journey-level copy, and partner with Product, Growth, Brand, Content, and Sales to drive adoption and enablement.
