Senior Chief of Staff to the COO who builds and runs the holdco strategic planning cadence, standardizes portfolio-wide reporting and governance, defines shared technology and security standards, drives AI/automation adoption, and leads cross-portfolio operating playbooks, vendor consolidation, and special projects.

Provide strategic legal advice and governance across US and India operations. Draft, review, and manage contracts (MSA, NDA, employment, vendor). Ensure compliance, perform legal research and due diligence, support ESOP policy work, manage regulatory matters, mitigate legal risk, and advise senior leadership while building and leading a legal team.

Own TA operations end-to-end: drive hiring delivery across functions, manage recruiter productivity and vendors, maintain ATS/HRIS data, build TA dashboards and analytics, improve processes and automation, and partner with HR/Finance for workforce planning and compliance.
