Lead departmental production operations with focus on safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Set goals, manage schedules, coach and develop staff, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement using standardized work and Lean practices to meet production targets and customer specifications.

Coordinate RFQ setup and tracking, update and maintain estimating database, archive and distribute department files, monitor contract reviews with Finance, prepare and distribute quote and quotation reports, and support Estimating Manager and Project Estimators to ensure timely quote delivery.

Support the Estimating team with accurate data entry of BOM part numbers, request and update vendor pricing, maintain BOM pricing, and scan/file documents. Opportunity to grow into project estimating.

Design and review sheet metal parts and assemblies, develop manufacturing processes and documentation, ensure quality and fitment, allocate materials, and support fabrication equipment and continuous improvement in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations for power management system manufacturing. Coordinate with customers, engineering, and production; deliver drawings; enforce quality standards and QMS; mentor junior PMs; resolve issues; track performance and implement improvements while working safely in a manufacturing environment.

Prepare and review engineering drawing packages, provide technical engineering and project support, assist manufacturing/fabrication, ensure projects meet specifications, quality, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits assistance, HRIS recordkeeping, employee communications, engagement activities, and general office duties. Handle data entry, reports, and confidentiality while supporting HR process improvements and potential future advancement opportunities.

Design AC/DC schematics and wiring diagrams for relay panels and control enclosures for power generation, transmission, and distribution. Review sub-contractor designs, ensure drawings meet industry standards, provide technical support to customers and fabrication, inspect products for conformance, and support functional testing alongside project management and fabrication teams.

Lead and supervise quality control inspectors performing routine inspections of panels and enclosures across steel, paint, mounting, wiring, enclosures, and shipping. Implement QC policies, document and correct deficiencies, train staff, relocate QC coverage, enforce safety, recommend discipline, and drive continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Lead procurement and supply chain functions: develop sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery, optimize inventory, mentor procurement team, collaborate with engineering and operations, analyze performance, and provide executive-level recommendations.

Supervise daily quality inspection activities across multiple gates, lead and coach QC inspectors, plan shift manpower, enforce safety and quality standards, manage equipment maintenance and calibration, drive root-cause containment and continuous improvement, communicate risks and nonconformances, and perform inspections as needed to support production flow.
