Lead departmental production operations with focus on safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Set goals, manage schedules, coach and develop staff, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement using standardized work and Lean practices to meet production targets and customer specifications.

Coordinate RFQ setup and tracking, update and maintain estimating database, archive and distribute department files, monitor contract reviews with Finance, prepare and distribute quote and quotation reports, and support Estimating Manager and Project Estimators to ensure timely quote delivery.

Support the Estimating team with accurate data entry of BOM part numbers, request and update vendor pricing, maintain BOM pricing, and scan/file documents. Opportunity to grow into project estimating.
