Coordinate RFQ setup and tracking, update and maintain estimating database, archive and distribute department files, monitor contract reviews with Finance, prepare and distribute quote and quotation reports, and support Estimating Manager and Project Estimators to ensure timely quote delivery.

Support the Estimating team with accurate data entry of BOM part numbers, request and update vendor pricing, maintain BOM pricing, and scan/file documents. Opportunity to grow into project estimating.

Support engineering and production by performing QC on wiring diagrams, producing labels/nameplates, printing and organizing drawings, maintaining CAD drawings, operating laser engravers, and handling document control and record-keeping tasks for the fabrication shop.
