Lead accounting, reporting, accounts payable, and business office functions for a skilled nursing facility. Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, forecasts, and budgets; coordinate audits and Medicare/Medicaid activities; oversee billing, banking relationships, and business office staff; identify cost reduction or revenue enhancement opportunities.

Oversees resident admissions and marketing outreach for a skilled nursing facility. Manages referral relationships, conducts hospital outreach and face-to-face evaluations, maintains CRM records, supports QA/PI, prepares rooms for admissions, participates in community events and meetings, and serves on rotating administrator-on-duty weekends. Acts as liaison with outside agencies and provides backup to the Nurse Marketer.

Provide and implement daily therapeutic, social, sensory, and spiritual activities for nursing home residents. Provide administrative and clinical leadership for an assigned nursing neighborhood, supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans and therapies, ensuring regulatory compliance, participating in QA activities, and delivering direct resident care as needed.

Night Shift Nursing Supervisor oversees third-shift nursing staff in a geriatric facility. Responsibilities include supervising and assigning staff, making rounds, documenting and communicating resident condition changes, obtaining physician orders, orienting and training staff, managing departmental resources and private duty personnel, acting as charge nurse as needed, and ensuring policy compliance and quality resident care.

Oversees dietary department operations: hire, train, schedule and supervise staff; create menus and production sheets; manage inventory, ordering, billing and budget; ensure sanitation, food safety, kosher compliance, resident satisfaction, quality audits, and maintain Point Click Care resident nutrition records.

Plan, coordinate, and implement therapeutic, person-centered activities and outings for skilled, memory care, and rehab residents. Complete resident assessments, documentation (including CareTracker), train volunteers, report observations to nursing staff, follow infection control, and participate in meetings and trainings.

Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents, comply with state and federal regulations, collaborate with the healthcare team, coordinate disciplines for patient care, and assess and coordinate discharge planning needs.
