Deliver CAPS-aligned lessons for Grades 4–6, assess learner progress, differentiate instruction, manage an inclusive classroom, provide academic support, communicate with parents, collaborate with staff, participate in school activities, and engage in ongoing professional development. The role also promotes critical thinking, independence, entrepreneurship, character development, and responsible leadership.

Deliver CAPS-aligned lessons to Grades 7–9, assess learner progress, provide targeted academic support, manage classrooms, engage parents, collaborate with staff, participate in extracurricular activities, and contribute to professional development and school improvement. The role focuses on developing learners’ critical thinking, independence, resilience, accountability, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
