Leads regional policy and public affairs strategy across Southeast Asia and APAC, advocating for SAF and renewable-fuel policies, building government and industry coalitions, monitoring regulatory developments, advising senior leadership, representing the company externally, and supporting market entry. The role requires extensive experience in government affairs or public policy, strong regional networks, stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of energy-transition policies, and regular travel across the region.

Manage enterprise infrastructure operations across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas offices. Responsibilities include multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure governance, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint and workplace technology, IT procurement and asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, audit support, information security controls, incident response, documentation, and continuous service improvement.

Aligns schedule, cost, cash flow, contingency, and change exposure with project finance. Supports key delivery gates from FID and EPC award through commissioning, start-up, and handover while challenging weak forecasts and recovery assumptions.

Leads corporate strategy development and execution, including market analysis, competitive positioning, growth planning, risk mitigation, and strategic transformation. Coordinates cross-functional and cross-border teams to cascade priorities, improve executive decision-making, and ensure follow-through.
