Leads program integration for a major capital project, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, governance meetings, interface management, risk escalation, decision papers, action tracking, and gate readiness. Supports the Program Director across engineering, HSE, finance, permitting, contractors, feedstock, sales planning, advocacy, commissioning, and handover. Ensures plans, decisions, risks, and commitments are consolidated, accurately reported, and escalated promptly across senior stakeholders.

Develops regional feedstock supply for Sustainable Aviation Fuel, including supplier partnerships, collection networks, asset investment models, and commercialization roadmaps. Translates biofuel policies and certification requirements into business guidance, integrates ESG and traceability into procurement, and monitors market conditions and supply risks. Leads cross-functional collaboration across technical, commercial, compliance, and operations teams while expanding sustainable feedstock access in China.

Leads policy and public affairs across the EU, UK, and wider Europe, advancing supportive policies for sustainable aviation fuel and renewable fuels. Develops advocacy roadmaps, builds coalitions, engages governments and regulators, monitors legislation, advises senior leadership, represents the company externally, and prepares policy papers, consultation responses, and legislative proposals.
