Leads enterprise business application implementation, enhancement, integration, governance, and operational support. Translates stakeholder requirements into functional specifications, coordinates vendors and technology teams, manages project delivery, and supports UAT and deployment. Provides L2/L3 application support, troubleshoots incidents, monitors integrations and data quality, manages configurations and master data, and drives process improvement and digital transformation. Also supports compliance, security, audits, access reviews, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement across business functions.

Owns accounting operations and month-end closing, including financial reporting, reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, lease records, audit coordination, tax and GST compliance, statutory reporting, and import/export LC/SBLC submissions. Supports global payment activities and ensures compliance with IFRS, SFRS, corporate policies, and internal controls. Requires relevant finance experience in trading, commodities, oil and gas, or related industries, plus English and Chinese proficiency.

Leads renewable energy and sustainable fuels business development from opportunity origination through commercialization and execution. Develops business cases, commercial strategies, investment papers, and partnerships; negotiates agreements; manages customers, investors, suppliers, utilities, and other stakeholders; monitors renewable energy, fuels, electricity, and carbon markets; and supports project feasibility, investment approvals, and growth strategy. Requires frequent travel and fluency in Mandarin and English.
