The Assistant Compliance Manager will support the compliance team by formulating policies, conducting due diligence, and providing legal and regulatory advice while ensuring adherence to global standards.

Manage contract drafting, negotiation, administration, and filing for commodity trades. Coordinate with trading, operations, finance, legal, and counterparties; oversee trade documentation, ensure compliance, maintain contract repository, and support sustainability documentation (PoS/ISCC) and GHG verification.

The IR Manager will develop and implement IR strategies, communicate with investors, prepare materials, and monitor market trends.
