Provides first-level support for desktop hardware, software, operating systems, printers, user accounts, endpoint security, and network access. Installs and images computers, manages IT assets and software licensing, monitors antivirus and spam systems, performs basic server and backup administration, supports VoIP systems, and escalates unresolved issues. Maintains help desk tickets, assists vendors remotely, trains users, and follows workplace safety policies.

Perform monthly general ledger close, prepare journal entries, compile financial statements and schedules, maintain standard costs, analyze trends for forecasting, support budgeting, inventory reserves, audit documentation, and act as parent company contact while supporting accounts payable/receivable and ERP conversion needs.

Provide application engineering and technical support for vacuum pumps, dry pumps, abatement systems and related semiconductor equipment. Assist sales, field service, and customers with product selection, installation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Deliver presentations, prepare specifications, and collaborate with internal teams worldwide to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Coordinate shipping of finished goods: communicate with carriers, log orders, verify invoices and shipping documents, maintain records and reports, ensure compliance with safety policies, and support cross-departmental shipping/delivery activities.

Design, modify, and evaluate semiconductor CMP processes from definition through production. Develop/validate process formulations, create test plans, analyze data, specify equipment, collaborate with consumable suppliers, train engineers/customers, and provide on-site process support and troubleshooting while maintaining safety and documentation.

Provide day-to-day ERP administration and user support, develop and maintain SQL queries and Crystal Reports, automate workflows with Power Automate, monitor system performance, assist with ERP migration/SAP conversion (testing, validation, documentation), set up users, and create technical documentation and training materials while collaborating with internal departments to improve processes.

Drive direct sales and account management for semiconductor equipment across an East Coast territory. Support established accounts and channel partners, develop business, prepare quotes/orders, track forecasts, coordinate visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while complying with safety policies.

Perform complex accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, commission processing, monthly close, and financial reporting for the Service Division. Act as finance partner for SAP ERP implementation, stabilization, testing, data validation, controls, and process improvements. Support sales tax, government reports, AR/AP backup, cost/service accounting, and identify automation opportunities. Travel to EBARA locations as needed.
