Develop and execute internal social media strategy to boost employee engagement and communication. Create content (copy, visuals, video), manage platforms and calendars, engage the employee community, collaborate with departments, track KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights. Provide day-to-day ERP administration and user support, develop and maintain SQL queries and Crystal Reports, automate workflows with Power Automate, monitor system performance, assist with ERP migration/SAP conversion (testing, validation, documentation), set up users, and create technical documentation and training materials while collaborating with internal departments to improve processes.
