Coordinates customer orders, projects, requests, and account activities from receipt through delivery. Maintains customer communication, resolves discrepancies, tracks milestones, supports inventory and billing activities, and aligns Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams. Maintains Salesforce records, prepares quotes and reports, identifies process improvements, and supports customer documentation and safety requirements. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Provides advanced systems administration and Tier II/III technical support across Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cloud services, endpoint management, and cybersecurity tools. Troubleshoots complex technical issues, manages access controls, patching, deployments, backups, and security alerts, and supports infrastructure projects and migrations. The role also maintains technology assets, coordinates vendors, documents procedures, trains users, mentors junior staff, and assists with compliance and disaster recovery activities.

Plans and schedules materials and production to balance supply and demand, meet customer delivery requirements, and support manufacturing efficiency. Monitors MRP, inventory, shortages, purchase orders, work orders, and production deviations. Coordinates with sales, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams to improve forecast accuracy, resolve material constraints, and achieve operational KPIs. Maintains compliance with safety and ISO procedures while supporting continuous improvement.
