Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, forecasts, and opportunity progression while providing market insights. The Group Product Manager will lead strategy and execution of payment solutions, manage a team, and ensure product alignment with market trends and business objectives.

Designs, deploys, and operates scalable machine learning systems in production. Responsibilities include ML infrastructure architecture, model training and monitoring, CI/CD, APIs, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, data pipelines, observability, security, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with data scientists and engineers, troubleshoots production systems, and mentors teammates on MLOps and ML deployment practices, particularly for financial and payment-related applications.

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for fraud prevention, chargeback risk, and payment risk. Manage and develop a team of product managers, drive commercial growth and go-to-market initiatives, align global and local stakeholders, and oversee discovery, delivery, launches, and performance measurement. Own key payment metrics including transaction volume, revenue, costs, and margins while monitoring market, regulatory, and competitive developments.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for money-movement and payout products. Translate customer, market, regulatory, and business insights into scalable financial products, detailed requirements, and prioritized delivery plans. Collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, PMM, and executive stakeholders to launch and optimize revenue-generating solutions while balancing technical debt, growth, and operational needs.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for EBANX money-movement products. Monitor liquidity and interest-rate risks, coordinate with banks, acquirers, brokers, FX, pricing, legal, tax, and regulatory teams, and support audits and process improvements. Prepare executive presentations and help develop tailored liquidity and financial solutions across international markets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic China-based enterprise merchants across emerging markets. Drive revenue expansion through cross-selling, upselling, commercial negotiations, tailored growth strategies, performance reviews, and senior stakeholder relationship management. Collaborate with product, operations, legal, and compliance teams, explain payment and regulatory topics, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipelines and forecasts. The role requires deep payments expertise, Mandarin and English fluency, analytical ability, and experience across e-commerce, OTA, gaming, or related sectors.

Lead payment performance optimization by analyzing authorization rates, declines, partners, and payment methods. Develop predictive models, monitoring frameworks, forecasts, and experiments; manage initiatives from assessment through impact measurement; and translate complex data into recommendations for leadership. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, negotiate with payment partners, and mentor analysts.

Own technical payment performance for strategic merchants across Latin America and Africa. Investigate payment issues, analyze data with SQL, lead testing and integration launches, reduce chargebacks, coordinate incidents, present technical findings to executives, identify expansion opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

Develop regulatory strategy for Argentine and South Cone payments markets, monitor LATAM regulatory changes, translate legal developments into executive insights, review contracts, assess risks for market expansion, and partner with legal, compliance, product, operations, sales, and commercial teams. The role requires payments or fintech experience, knowledge of Argentine BCRA frameworks, regional regulatory fluency, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and AI expertise.

Perform monthly accounting close, account reconciliations, invoicing, audit documentation, and Brazilian statutory and tax submissions for Brazilian entities. Partner with Tax, FP&A, and Treasury teams to maintain accurate financial information. The role requires accounting knowledge, analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, effective communication, and deadline management. Familiarity with ERP systems, Brazilian reporting obligations, and English or Spanish is advantageous.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise payment opportunities: run discovery, design end-to-end API-driven payment solutions, identify risks, produce implementation-ready documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple deals, mentor pre-sales teammates, and improve pre-sales processes and tools.
