As a Mid-Level Software Production Engineer, you'll manage production reliability in APAC, troubleshoot production issues, and support new payment integrations, enhancing operational processes and collaboration with international teams.

Embed with Operations teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and build AI-driven automations, backend services, and internal tools. Design AI orchestration, integrate LLMs with legacy PHP systems, ensure secure data flows, monitor performance, and rapidly prototype cross-functional production solutions.

Lead Corporate IT and Business Applications, owning strategy, roadmap, operations and governance for SAP S/4HANA and enterprise apps. Oversee IT infrastructure, service desk, asset management, vendor/contracts, budgets, and technology project portfolio. Drive service management, automation, continuous improvement, and partner with business leaders on digital transformation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese merchants targeting LATAM, delivering year-over-year revenue through upsell/cross-sell, negotiating commercial terms, driving merchant satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and using data-driven strategies and Salesforce to manage pipeline and performance.
