You will be responsible for:

•    Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies.
•    Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
•    Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues.
•    Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
•    Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
•    Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System.
•    Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems.
•    Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).

Main requirements for this position:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
•    Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus.
•    Knowledge of acquirers is a plus.
•    Spanish and/or English Skills.
