The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance will oversee financial strategy, model forecasting, drive initiatives, and deliver insights for executive decisions.

Lead cross-functional alignment and execution for the lending business, perform advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis, maintain executive operating cadences (WBR/MBR), coordinate annual strategic planning, prepare board materials, and act as an internal consultant to drive portfolio management, analytics, and operational tracking toward general management.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execute data-driven campaigns across the customer journey to drive loan volume, retention, LTV, and cross-sell. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build audience segmentation with behavioral data, scale cross-product growth, and partner with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to establish measurement and ship programs quickly.

The Senior Fraud Strategy Analyst will design and optimize fraud strategies, monitor performance, develop metrics, and collaborate with teams to enhance fraud detection.
