Own workforce strategy and capacity planning across Operations, translating forecasts into staffing and headcount plans. The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development of a scalable lending ecosystem, architect customer-centric financial products, and maintain product performance through collaboration with teams and implementation of best practices.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execute data-driven campaigns across the customer journey to drive loan volume, retention, LTV, and cross-sell. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build audience segmentation with behavioral data, scale cross-product growth, and partner with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to establish measurement and ship programs quickly.
