Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and board event planning, document preparation, and polished communications. Anticipate needs, manage priorities, troubleshoot issues, and track follow-up to ensure executives and board are well-prepared and organized.

Manage daily regional operations of hydroelectric plants, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation. Supervise operations and maintenance staff, oversee outages, troubleshooting, high-voltage clearances, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, training, and facility records. Recommend improvements and report plant conditions to the Division Manager.

Lead development of solar PV projects in Illinois and Maryland from early-stage through permitting and investment milestones. Manage site control, permitting, interconnection, consultants, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to mitigate risks and advance projects to financing, acquisition, or construction readiness.

Manage initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across hydroelectric facilities.
