Executive leader accountable for capital program delivery and dam safety across a hydroelectric fleet. Sets strategy, prioritizes portfolio, enforces safety and regulatory compliance (FERC/state), drives faster, lower-cost project execution, oversees inspections/monitoring/EAPs, advises the CEO and Board, builds high-performing multidisciplinary teams, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Regulatory).

Lead and oversee company-wide IT operations including servers, networks, security, helpdesk, data storage and disaster recovery. Develop and enforce IT policies, manage budgets and purchasing, mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensure compliance (NIST CSF, NERC CIP), and provide leadership and stakeholder communication.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring for civil, mechanical, and electrical projects at hydroelectric facilities while collaborating with various teams.

The Dam Safety Engineer will develop safety plans, conduct inspections, perform engineering analyses, and ensure dam safety compliance under guidance from senior staff.

Lead preparation of US GAAP financial statements, manage project-level accounting from development through sale, oversee budgeting, cash forecasting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance. Build and lead the accounting team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support due diligence and board reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and capitalization across a multi-project renewable energy portfolio.

Provide legal support for energy generation and infrastructure projects by drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts (PPAs, EPC, O&M, interconnection, APAs, NDAs). Support M&A, joint ventures, project finance, due diligence, post-closing integration, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance (FERC, environmental, permits). Monitor regulatory developments, train teams on contract and compliance matters, and manage outside counsel to ensure efficiency and budget discipline.

The Senior Systems Support Engineer provides advanced technical support for process control systems, enhancing reliability and compliance while leading IT projects and troubleshooting, ensuring effective collaboration with IT teams and vendors.

The Electrical Engineer will manage hydro-electric equipment projects, troubleshoot failures, update documents, and collaborate with teams for project integration.

The coordinator will ensure compliance with EH&S protocols at hydroelectric sites, lead safety training, manage inspections, and develop safety policies.

The Plant Manager oversees daily operations of generating units, ensuring safety and performance, handling maintenance, and improving plant efficiency. Responsibilities include training staff, managing compliance, and addressing operational issues, while also performing some technical duties as a working supervisor.
