Interview engineers, read code and documentation, edit freelance work, manage technical reviews, and publish content on a consistent cadence. Use experiments, metrics, and feedback to improve content performance and execution quality.

Own E2B’s technical content strategy and production across articles, social posts, emails, customer stories, comparison pages, launches, and sales materials. Translate complex infrastructure topics into credible developer-focused content, collaborate with engineers and business teams, and manage the full editorial lifecycle. Run AEO and content experiments, measure citations, pipeline, conversion, and revenue influence, develop technical case studies, and regularly improve or retire underperforming content.

Own E2B’s developer community across Discord, GitHub, forums, and meetups while producing technical workshops, hackathons, dinners, and ecosystem events. Build event-to-sales processes, identify high-intent accounts, measure pipeline and conversion impact, manage partners and budgets, and provide community feedback to product and go-to-market teams. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Growth Engineering, Content, and Product, with a focus on experimentation and measurable commercial outcomes.

Design and build a high-performance distributed cloud platform to run millions/billions of AI agent sandboxes: orchestrate placement, enable live migrations, optimize VM startup under 200ms, improve self-hosting, and implement kernel-level observability and large-scale performance and networking solutions.

The role involves overseeing all non-engineering operations, including finance, legal, HR, vendor management, and logistics as E2B scales.
