About E2B

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with over $37M in funding and 8-figure revenue. We are building the Agent Cloud and power the infrastructure behind AI labs and some of the most widely used consumer and enterprise agents, including Manus, Genspark, Lindy, Groq, and Artificial Analysis. Our team includes original authors of Firecracker, the AWS microVM technology powering Lambda, along with alumni of Cognition, JetBrains, Zapier, and Wish.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our customers are engineering teams building AI agents, and when they write to support the question is technical: a sandbox that did not resume, a template build that fails, a network rule that blocks the wrong traffic, an invoice that does not match usage. You answer with evidence, not a script.
You will join a small support team that runs much of its work through its own AI agent harness. Agents read threads, pull logs and traces, and draft replies. You decide what is true, what goes out, and what has to change so the same question does not come back. Based in Europe, you own the queue during European hours and hand off to the US.
Your job will be:
1. Owning technical support threads from developers and enterprise customers, from first reply to resolution
2. Debugging issues across our SDKs (Python, JS/TS), CLI, API and the platform underneath, using logs, traces and metrics and reading our source code
3. Reproducing problems against live E2B and turning them into bug reports engineering can act on
4. Handling account operations: limits, beta access, billing and usage questions
5. Fixing the docs when a customer got stuck on something they should have been able to do alone
6. Building the support tooling itself (skills, knowledge and automations for our AI agents) so the team handles more without growing at the same rate
7. Bringing what customers ask for back to product and engineering
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You want to learn, and you learn fast. You pick up a new SDK, tool or concept in days, and you enjoy it
• You follow what is happening in AI because you are curious, not because someone asked: new models, agent frameworks, coding agents
• You are comfortable when things change under you. Our product, processes and tools get rebuilt often, and you help rebuild them
• You already use AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) in your work and want to push how far they go
• You own a problem until it is resolved, and you ask for help early when you are stuck
• Clear, warm, accurate written English, and the honesty to say "I don't know yet, here is what I'm checking"
THE HARD SKILLS
We will teach you E2B. These are the basics we expect on day one:
• Comfortable on Linux and the command line, and able to read logs to find what failed
• Can read and write some Python or TypeScript/JavaScript, enough to reproduce a bug
• Basic networking (DNS, HTTP, ports) and a sense of how containers or VMs run
• Experience in technical support or another developer-facing role helps
BONUS POINTS FOR
• Experience at a hosting or cloud provider
• Go, or familiarity with Firecracker, KVM, Kubernetes or Nomad
• Observability tooling: Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Prometheus
• Contributions to technical docs or open source
• Czech or Slovak (not required, all customer communication is in English)
