Own technical support for developer and enterprise customers, debugging SDK, CLI, API, and platform issues using logs, traces, metrics, and source code. Reproduce bugs, create actionable engineering reports, manage account and billing questions, improve documentation, build AI-powered support tooling, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Build and own production data pipelines, warehouse models, metric definitions, testing, monitoring, reconciliation, and alerting. Partner with Finance and other teams to create reliable datasets for usage, revenue, costs, margins, reporting, self-service analysis, and AI-assisted querying. Improve source data quality, investigate discrepancies, and establish a maintainable data foundation.

Own and redesign E2B’s billing platform, including usage metering, charge calculation, Stripe integrations, invoicing, payments, collections, reconciliation, and billing data models. Build automation for payment recovery, proration, credits, refunds, and disputes. Collaborate with engineering and finance on data contracts, reporting, audit readiness, observability, testing, and security. The role requires deep Go backend expertise, PostgreSQL proficiency, strong API design, and experience with complex usage-based billing systems.
