Coordinates manufacturing and engineering projects from concept through commercialization. Manages timelines, deliverables, production schedules, purchase and sales orders, ERP data, vendors, technical documentation, inventory, project expenses, and engineering changes. Works across Engineering, Production, Sales, Finance, and external partners to resolve issues, maintain customer commitments, improve processes, and support customized assembly, dispensing, robotics, and UV-curing systems.

Leads Application Engineering and Technical Service teams supporting customer application design, troubleshooting, testing, root-cause analysis, and technical solution development. Builds team capability through coaching and training, partners with Sales and cross-functional teams, standardizes laboratory methodologies, and ensures quality, safety, scientific rigor, and compliance. Supports adhesives, coatings, dispensing technologies, and UV/LED curing equipment applications while translating technical findings into customer and commercial recommendations.

Leads global accounting operations, controllership, financial reporting, internal controls, technical accounting, tax, treasury, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and finance process automation. Oversees record-to-report activities across regions and entities, standardizes policies and controls, partners with regional finance teams, develops accounting talent, and supports strategic financial decision-making in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Partners with HR and plant leaders to align workforce planning, staffing, labor costs, employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, learning, talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, compensation, and organizational change with business goals. Coaches managers, conducts investigations, supports safety and employment-law compliance, and drives measurable improvements in retention, hiring, absenteeism, engagement, promotions, and labor costs across a manufacturing site.

Develops and improves chemical manufacturing processes for adhesive products, including scale-up, process validation, root cause analysis, SOPs, work instructions, and quality controls. Leads new product introductions, manufacturing launches, process optimization, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Quality, trains operators, resolves customer complaints, and supports cost reduction, equipment implementation, and manufacturing consistency.

Analyzes and improves global business processes across functions and regions. The role develops process models, documentation, KPIs, audit practices, and automation opportunities; supports QMS and eQMS activities, including ETQ change management; and drives standardization and continuous improvement. The analyst collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, engages with manufacturing shop-floor teams, and supports process accountability, implementation, and optimization globally.

As a Process Engineer II, you will enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality in chemical processes through analysis, documentation, and process improvement, including scale-ups and validations.
