Operate MacLean Bolter equipment in underground mining development headings to install rock bolts, mesh, and screen. The Tax Analyst supports tax compliance, reporting, audits, income tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, transfer pricing documentation, and tax advisory activities. The role prepares Canadian tax filings and monthly tax reports for consolidation, responds to tax authority requests, and helps develop tax strategy and compliance improvements. It also provides guidance to a Mexico-based tax specialist and contributes to financial reporting and company profitability.

Supports project controls across mining operations, including KPI and Power BI reporting, project scheduling, earned value management, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, risk tracking, and contract change management. The role develops schedules in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, integrates cost and schedule data, monitors project performance, and communicates operational, financial, and contractual risks.

Supervise underground development crews on a 7/7 rotation, coordinating drilling, blasting, mucking, and ground support activities. Ensure production targets, safety, environmental compliance, equipment readiness, and daily communication are maintained. The role also supports crew training and development and requires underground hard rock mining supervisory certification, development-mining experience, knowledge of lateral, incline, and decline procedures, and familiarity with mechanized mining equipment.

Maintains and repairs underground mining equipment, including jumbos, bolters, scoops, utility vehicles, and drills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown response, root cause analysis, repair documentation, inspections, hazard assessments, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
