Oversee financial, operational, safety, and workforce performance across multiple underground mining projects and client sites. Lead strategic planning, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with clients, site superintendents, corporate departments, and the PMO. Provide leadership, coaching, succession planning, and safety oversight while ensuring project objectives and company policies are achieved.

Supports business development, marketing, proposal preparation, CRM maintenance, pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, market research, customer communications, Indigenous and community relations, and trade show participation. The role assists with proposals, presentations, website content, internal communications, marketing strategies, and relationship management while coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.

Supports project controls across mining operations, including KPI and Power BI reporting, project scheduling, earned value management, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, risk tracking, and contract change management. The role develops schedules in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, integrates cost and schedule data, monitors project performance, and communicates operational, financial, and contractual risks.
