Performs underground mine development, including drilling, blasting, scaling, and ground-support installation. Operates and maintains jumbos, bolters, and scoops; completes pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance; follows safety and environmental requirements; participates in hazard assessments and workplace inspections; and communicates with supervisors and crews to meet production targets. The role requires conventional underground mining experience, hard-rock miner certification, and the ability to work in confined, physically demanding environments.

Provides practical legal counsel across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment matters, disputes, securities, ESG, and cross-border operations. Drafts and negotiates agreements, supports executives and operational teams, coordinates external counsel, manages legal risks, and advises on matters across Canada, Mexico, the United States, and Latin America.

Coordinates underground mining safety and training programs, including site orientations, equipment training, competency assessments, incident investigations, inspections, hazard assessments, training records, audits, and corrective actions. Promotes compliance with mining legislation, company policies, client requirements, and environmental standards. Trains and mentors equipment operators, supports supervisors, develops training materials, coordinates recertification, and assists with injury management and continuous improvement initiatives.
