Own end-to-end business intelligence and analytics workstreams using SQL, Tableau, GA4, and other data sources. Analyze acquisition, retention, conversion, monetization, customer behavior, product, marketing, risk, and operational performance. Build KPI dashboards, validate data quality, identify trends and anomalies, and deliver actionable recommendations. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Own and define Duelbits’ global VIP function across casino and sportsbook. Responsibilities include VIP portfolio revenue and retention, proposition design, onboarding, competitive strategy, partnerships, social and community engagement, governance, analytics, and team leadership. The Director will lead a current seven-person team, onboard two planned hires, establish operating models and KPIs, and make high-impact decisions on incentives, player treatment, limits, risk, and long-term customer value.
