Own and scale Duelbits’ acquisition engine across affiliates, paid media, SEO, and Web3 channels. The role is accountable for FTD growth, eCPA, LTV:CAC, player value, budgets, attribution, and acquisition P&L. Responsibilities include building scalable operating systems, optimizing affiliate and media performance, leading testing and automation, collaborating with creators and cross-functional teams, forecasting results, ensuring compliance, and leading a distributed acquisition team.

Manage an assigned VIP player portfolio for a crypto-native gaming and iGaming platform. Responsibilities include monitoring player behavior, executing personalized incentives and retention actions, onboarding VIPs, maintaining portfolio records, driving proactive communication, analyzing engagement patterns, and collaborating with CRM, social, partnerships, and community teams. The role requires commercial judgment, strong communication, autonomy, and experience in customer-facing account management, VIP management, CRM, or similar environments.

Own and define Duelbits’ global VIP function across casino and sportsbook. Responsibilities include VIP portfolio revenue and retention, proposition design, onboarding, competitive strategy, partnerships, social and community engagement, governance, analytics, and team leadership. The Director will lead a current seven-person team, onboard two planned hires, establish operating models and KPIs, and make high-impact decisions on incentives, player treatment, limits, risk, and long-term customer value.
