Leads finance solution design, configuration, optimization, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Partners with Finance stakeholders, consultants, developers, and technical teams to analyze processes, conduct fit-gap assessments, configure solutions, resolve complex issues, support UAT and cutover, and govern scalable ERP solutions. Mentors team members and advises Finance leadership on solution options, risks, and best practices.

The Director of Marketing will develop and lead marketing strategies to achieve sales goals for residential and commercial real estate, manage integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with senior management, and oversee marketing budgets.

Supports the Vegetable Sales Division by entering and confirming customer orders, shipments, pricing, and receipts in ERP systems. Maintains customer orders, pricing sheets, and confirmations; investigates discrepancies with customers and internal teams; provides sales, accounting, reporting, and administrative support; and assists with accounts receivable, accounts payable, records, and special projects.
