The Supervisor of Organic Crop Production oversees farm production crews in irrigation, land preparation, fertilization, and crop protection, ensuring schedules are met and compliance with safety standards is maintained.

Support the Plant Controller by processing and coding work orders and vendor invoices, maintaining inventory and cost accounting records in DAX, preparing month-end journal entries, assisting month- and year-end close, reconciling raw material and packaging inventories, and coordinating with operations to resolve work order and production costing issues.

The role involves providing business analysis expertise in D365F & SCM, evaluating business processes, collaborating with teams, and resolving issues while documenting requirements and training users.

Stack sod pallets as part of the harvesting team. Operate/assist with mowing, rolling, blade sharpening, pallet repair, forklift and tractor operation, and general shop upkeep. Work Monday–Friday early shift with possible overtime/weekends; paid hourly plus $1 per pallet piece rate.
