Viera Builders is seeking an experienced and motivated Branding & Growth Manager to develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that support and drive the sales goals of Viera Builders, Inc. (VBI) within Viera and outside Viera. This role leads initiatives to elevate brand awareness, create a revenue generating branding for outside Viera, enhance customer engagement, and increase residential sales across the Viera master-planned community and focus on growth and branding for outside Viera.
  • Direct the development and implementation of a unified branding strategy supporting VBI and beyond Viera, aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and market trends as we head into new markets.
  • Manage advertising vendors, contracts, and distribution channels within budget. Oversee billboard placements, ad campaigns, and publications to optimize exposure and ROI for VBI including current and future product.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events. Drive brand visibility, growth strategy and customer interaction to support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct customer surveys and demographic research to identify trends and act on information to create branding strategies based on consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Partner with internal leaders including the Director of Sales and VP of Community Management & Communications to deliver aligned and targeted growth and branding solutions.
  • Oversee the content, development, and maintenance of the VBI website. Provide strategic input for updates to the VBI website.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and manage branding budgets for VBI, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
 
Master's degree in Business or Real Estate Marketing is preferred. 5+ years of experience in new home builder marketing is required. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication (verbal and written) skills. AMA Professional Certified Marketer, Digital Marketing Institute, Online Marketing Certified Professional preferred. Proven history of success in new home building branding, with performance metrics tied to increased visibility, growth and revenue generation.
