Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-powered website-building platform serving web professionals and agencies. Responsibilities include framing problems, validating ideas, designing complex user experiences, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content, translating customer and business needs into solutions, improving the design system and processes, and mentoring teammates through feedback and strong product judgment.

Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email; resolve technical issues and escalations; promote product adoption; help customers maximize platform functionality; contribute to knowledge-base content; and collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Account Management. The role supports SaaS customers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs to troubleshoot and drive long-term success.
