Administer and improve sales commission and bonus programs, including calculations, accruals, payroll submissions, quota administration, reconciliations, reporting, and financial modeling. Partner with Finance, Commercial leadership, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and technology teams to ensure accurate compensation processes. Investigate discrepancies, maintain controls and audit documentation, develop dashboards, protect confidential information, and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.

Manages procurement and purchase order replenishment for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and equipment. Sources and negotiates with suppliers, maintains inventory levels, monitors lead times, manages supplier performance, and supports production requirements. Requires paper and pulp chemical experience, technical testing ability, strong communication, and up to 25% travel. The employee must live within one hour of Somerset, Maine.

Program, maintain, troubleshoot, and standardize automated control systems across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include PLC and DCS programming, SCADA and safety-system integration, HMI optimization, I/O and instrumentation configuration, preventative maintenance planning, alarm rationalization, root-cause analysis, and digital manufacturing software integration. The role supports plant-floor systems, documentation, operator training, and remote satellite facilities, with approximately 15% travel within the United States and Canada.

Supports equipment system development, mechanical design, pilot testing, validation, system integration, and technical documentation. Creates and maintains drawings, schematics, manuals, specifications, and SOPs while assisting with design reviews, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and field-based design enhancements. Leads strategy execution and transformation initiatives across commercial and operations functions. Acts as a strategic partner and AI-enabled Chief of Staff to revenue and operations executives, coordinating stakeholders, aligning priorities, monitoring KPIs, investigating root causes, driving corrective actions, and tracking measurable business improvements. Develops AI-enabled operating workflows to improve insight generation, operating reviews, decision-making, and accountability.

The Technical Account Manager acts as a technical advisor for key customers in paper and pulp, ensuring effective product implementation and optimization.

Drive new business and profitability in the specialty chemicals market by identifying prospects, building relationships, negotiating and closing complex sales, and managing a robust pipeline. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, monitor market trends and competitors, report KPIs to leadership, and travel up to 50% to visit customers and prospects.
