Coordinate tracking, reconciliation, and appropriate use of donations, grants, and restricted funds. Maintain donor and financial records in Raiser's Edge and the hospital accounting system, produce reports, assist departments with expenditures and vouchers, and lead gift-monitoring processes and related projects.

Develops physician and healthcare-partner relationships across San Antonio to grow referrals for pediatric cardiology services. Conducts field outreach, educates providers, identifies business-development opportunities, monitors referral and market trends, supports clinic growth strategies, and represents the organization at community and professional events.

Performs advanced accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, journal entries, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, wire transfer coordination, audit support, and budget assistance. Reviews transactions and staff work, resolves discrepancies, supports accounting application training, and ensures accurate reports and compliance with hospital policies.

Develops, coordinates, and evaluates non-clinical employee orientation, training, and talent development programs in a hospital environment. Assesses learning needs, creates educational materials, maintains training records, supports regulatory and performance improvement initiatives, coordinates seminars, and collaborates with Human Resources and hospital departments. Frequently travels to satellite locations to facilitate training and serves as a non-clinical education resource.
