Advises on healthcare regulations such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, No Surprises Act, and balance-billing rules. Drafts and reviews legal documents and collaborates with financial, coding, clinical, administrative, and medical staff.

Provides pediatric clinical care and supports clinical research under physician and research leadership. Assesses participants, performs examinations, reviews diagnostic results, orders and administers protocol-directed treatments, monitors safety, documents care, educates families, coordinates follow-up, recruits and consents participants, maintains records, and collaborates with clinical and research teams while ensuring regulatory and study compliance.

Provides direct outpatient nursing care using the nursing process, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, health education, phone triage, prescription renewals, referrals, and care coordination.
