The Customer Experience Chatroom Operator is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service in a chatroom setting. They must be quick on their feet, empathetic, and able to categorize and respond to customer messages accurately.

Responsibilities include campaign performance strategy, client communication, and revenue forecasting. Required skills include experience as an Enterprise CSM or Project Manager and proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
