Leads Drips’ Client Success function by managing executive client relationships, driving retention and revenue expansion, influencing product strategy, developing scalable playbooks and dashboards, overseeing escalations, leading business reviews, and hiring and mentoring Senior Client Success Managers.

Manage enterprise client accounts, lead campaign strategy and design, deliver performance reporting and insights, oversee client communications, and support renewals and growth. Responsibilities include forecasting revenue, monitoring client health, coordinating internal investigations, leading performance calls and QBR preparation, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires translating complex data into actionable recommendations while managing multiple accounts in a fully remote SaaS environment.

Leads market and competitive intelligence, sizes product opportunities, develops commercialization recommendations, and translates capabilities into sellable packages. Manages and scales the Solutions Consulting team through hiring, coaching, KPIs, SLAs, quota structures, and coverage models. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution, while presenting recommendations to senior leadership and supporting client conversations.

Leads and grows Corporate IT, overseeing identity, endpoints, SaaS administration, ITSM, device lifecycle, vendors, governance, compliance support, documentation, and automation. Partners with InfoSec and business leaders to scale secure internal technology services. Drives self-service, AI-assisted support, and workflow automation to reduce repetitive tickets, while managing IT operations, budgets, licensing, reporting, and cross-functional technology intake.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-first B2B SaaS product initiatives: write PRDs, define LLM-based features, run customer discovery, own vendor integrations, present roadmaps to execs, query data to validate decisions, and align distributed Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML teams.
