Overview: 
The Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Healthcare at Drips, plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategies with a keen focus on the healthcare sector. This position is responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales efforts to expand Drips’ footprint within the various industries we operate in. This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketing professional with a strategic mindset, a passion for aligning products with customer needs, and a basic level understanding of healthcare dynamics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging with a focus of, but not limited to, healthcare clients. 
  • Convert product documentation to consumable client-facing material 
  • Manage the latest version of the client-facing product roadmap
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. 
  • Develop pricing strategies and own TAM/SAM/SOM for new products and features 
  • Create marketing collateral, including case studies, sales decks, and white papers. 
  • Support sales enablement through training materials and pitch decks. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies. 
  • Gather client feedback to refine product offerings and influence the roadmap. 
  • Establish thought leadership through content creation and industry engagement. 

Accountabilities and Performance Measures: 

  • Drive growth in pipeline and conversions by enabling sales and aligning product marketing efforts. 
  • Maintain a robust set of marketing assets that effectively communicate Drips’ capabilities to the market. 
  • Achieve measurable increases in brand awareness and thought leadership within the healthcare industry. 
  • Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact. 

Organizational Alignment: 

  • Reports to Managing Director of Healthcare 
  • Collaborates closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams 
  • Engages with key healthcare clients and industry influencers to inform product positioning and marketing strategies

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on the healthcare industry or related sectors. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and content creation skills. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. 
  • Ability to understand complex products and communicate their value in a simple, compelling manner. 
  • Proficient in data analysis, able to draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (20 - 40%) to engage with clients, attend conferences, and support field marketing initiatives.
