Serves as the primary customer contact for quoting, order processing, inquiries, issue resolution, and quote-to-invoice activities. Develops, deploys, supports, and troubleshoots enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, coding independently or within project teams, managing development deliverables, training users, resolving application issues, leading assigned development teams, and ensuring testing, documentation, design, and validation standards are met.

Enhance and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne manufacturing and distribution systems. Gather requirements, resolve functional issues, design specifications, support ERP implementations and upgrades, conduct testing and validation, facilitate EDI integrations, document processes, and provide user training. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams across Order to Cash, Procurement, MRP, Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, and Invoicing.

Develop and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, including enhancements, reports, customizations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, SDLC participation, technical documentation, system validation, and continuous improvement. The position requires onsite work five days per week with occasional international travel.

Leads regional strategic sourcing across materials, services, warehousing, and freight. Manages sourcing strategies, RFI/RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, supplier relationship management, cost savings, quality improvements, risk reduction, and procurement transformation. Partners with business and functional teams on specifications, demand planning, forecasts, and operational continuity while applying procurement best practices.

Designs, develops, implements, and supports JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP solutions for Supply Chain and Finance. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, enhancements, system maintenance, technical documentation, SDLC and Agile delivery, stakeholder consulting, JDE security and administration, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires advanced JDE development expertise, BI Publisher or Bottomline Transform experience, and familiarity with ERP tools and business processes.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, and operational analytics for a specialty chemical manufacturing organization. Analyze sales, production, costs, inventory, delivery metrics, and profitability; build Power BI or SQL-based dashboards; automate recurring reports; support ERP enhancements and data governance; and provide actionable insights to finance, commercial, procurement, operations, and supply chain leaders.
