Serves as the primary customer contact for quoting, order processing, inquiries, issue resolution, and quote-to-invoice activities. Coordinates with sales, billing, credit, collections, data management, and global port teams. Supports collections, delivery documentation, product knowledge, customer platform usage, and occasional customer visits in an international marine shipping environment.

Develops, deploys, supports, and troubleshoots enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, coding independently or within project teams, managing development deliverables, training users, resolving application issues, leading assigned development teams, and ensuring testing, documentation, design, and validation standards are met.

Enhance and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne manufacturing and distribution systems. Gather requirements, resolve functional issues, design specifications, support ERP implementations and upgrades, conduct testing and validation, facilitate EDI integrations, document processes, and provide user training. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams across Order to Cash, Procurement, MRP, Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, and Invoicing.
