Design and build enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds using Apex, LWC and Visualforce. Implement AI-driven features with Einstein, Einstein GPT and Data Cloud, integrate external ML services, create prompt-driven Flows, implement Platform Events and CI/CD, maintain/security-govern solutions, write bulkified unit tests, and support field service integrations (Dispatch.me).

Lead design and implementation of Oracle Financials (Fusion/EBS) solutions. Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, define architecture and integrations, oversee configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Mentor consultants, ensure compliance and data security, support pre-sales activities, and optimize finance processes across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Tax.

Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay functional design and configuration in Oracle Fusion: run client workshops, translate requirements, configure P2P modules, implement Redwood UI and Fusion AI agents, oversee integrations, data conversion, approvals, reporting, and guide technical teams through go-live and stabilization.

Implement and support Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP financial and PPM modules. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Build solution designs and process maps; develop reports and BI Publisher templates using SQL and XML. Create test scripts, support CRP testing, track/resolve issues, recommend system/process improvements, and support financial processes including month-end close.

Lead finance discovery, design, and configuration for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, Tax, Intercompany, etc.). Produce BRDs/FRDs, run fit-gap workshops, define integrations and reporting requirements, lead testing/UAT, support cutover and stabilization, and mentor teams while communicating with finance leadership and stakeholders.

Serve as an Oracle Fusion SME for Quote-to-Cash modules, lead client workshops and design reviews, produce FDDs/TDDs/BRDs, leverage Oracle Fusion AI capabilities for automation, provide configuration/troubleshooting, and support migration and hypercare handovers.

Lead end-to-end AMS delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud engagements: enforce ticket hygiene and SLAs, run incident/problem/change management, manage C-level client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, produce executive reports and dashboards, drive root-cause analysis and continuous service improvements.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements, design future-state processes and ERP architectures, configure and test business applications, perform data migration and cutover activities, and develop high-level financial module solutions (AP, FA, GL, AR, CM, Cost Accounting, SCFO).
