Owns Dorsia’s partnership and sponsorship function from deal origination through negotiation, contracting, launch, renewal, and expansion. The role personally closes commercial agreements, structures member benefits and sponsorship economics, coordinates finance, legal, marketing, product, and operations, and remains the senior partner contact. The director will build a repeatable partnership process, manage Partnership Account Managers, implement CRM and AI-driven workflows, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure delivery against signed commitments.

Video Editor responsible for transforming unscripted footage from restaurants, events, travel, interviews, and founder content into social clips, branded films, and documentary-style episodes. The role includes shooting B-roll, editing vertical and horizontal content, creating captions and basic graphics, building recurring formats, and delivering rapid-turnaround work. The editor will collaborate with videographers, producers, social, and editorial teams while managing files, versions, and multiple concurrent projects.

Provides one-on-one support to the CEO by owning calendar strategy, inbox management, executive communications, briefing preparation, travel, and confidential documents. Builds AI agents, dashboards, and lightweight tools to automate executive-office workflows. Coordinates board meetings, offsites, and executive gatherings, tracks commitments, supports business projects, and serves as a liaison with leadership, investors, board members, and partners.

Lead the evolution of the consumer app experience, focusing on product vision, user experience, and collaboration across teams to enhance usability and performance.

Build and ship full‑stack product features across React Native mobile and backend services (PHP/TypeScript). Use AI tools to prototype and automate, improve UX and performance, collaborate with product/design/operations, and maintain scalable, testable code and deployment practices.

Serve as the sole in-house lawyer owning corporate governance, equity administration, financings, and strategic transactions. Provide product, regulatory, privacy counsel and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships. Support employment matters, maintain templates and policies, and manage outside counsel. Build an AI-native legal function—deploy AI agents and automation for contract drafting, review, obligation tracking, and self-serve legal workflows.

Support brand visual output across go-to-market, editorial, content, and growth marketing. Produce digital and print assets, maintain brand consistency, and create motion/animation for social, email, web, and campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, iterate on briefs, and support events and GTM materials.

Own the end-to-end Events & Nightlife product for members and operators, including operator iOS app, ticketing, real-time inventory/pricing, checkout and guest lifecycle. Run live event delivery and day-of operations, build AI-driven automation and tooling, triage bugs, write runbooks, and collaborate with design, engineering, and partners to iterate quickly. Mentor juniors and embed in-field testing at major events.

The Payments Engineer will manage the payment infrastructure, including integration with POS systems, handle billing lifecycles, and ensure PCI compliance. Collaboration with finance and product teams is essential.

Own accounting operations including month-end close, revenue recognition, AP/AR, reconciliations, audit, tax, payroll, controls and budgeting. Deploy AI tooling to automate close and anomaly detection, build real-time reporting, partner with FP&A, and prepare books for audits and Series B fundraising.

The Automation Engineer at Dorsia will design and maintain automated tests, identify workflows for automation, and ensure system reliability while collaborating across teams.

Lead Dorsia's marketplace strategy and P&L, unifying supply, demand, operations, communications, and marketplace strategy. Scale membership-driven growth, manage liquidity and pricing/yield optimization, deploy AI and data tools for forecasting and decision-making, and build high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver a premium, exclusive member experience.

Lead Dorsia's communications strategy across press, social, influencer, partnerships, and consumer messaging. Manage a small team and external PR agency, deploy AI agents for monitoring and production, build influencer and partnership programs, own consumer communications and brand voice, and align cross-functionally to drive member acquisition and retention.
