Owns Dorsia’s internal IT roadmap and operations across New York and Miami. Responsibilities include identity and access management, endpoint security, compliance readiness, automation, systems integration, office infrastructure, device lifecycle management, SaaS vendors, IT support, incident response, and business continuity. The role combines hands-on technical administration with strategic planning, budgeting, documentation, security awareness, and leadership reporting.

Owns Dorsia’s partnership and sponsorship function from deal origination through negotiation, contracting, launch, renewal, and expansion. The role personally closes commercial agreements, structures member benefits and sponsorship economics, coordinates finance, legal, marketing, product, and operations, and remains the senior partner contact. The director will build a repeatable partnership process, manage Partnership Account Managers, implement CRM and AI-driven workflows, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure delivery against signed commitments.

Develop and deploy machine learning systems for search, ranking, recommendations, pricing, fraud detection, demand prediction, and personalization. Own the full ML lifecycle, including data sourcing, feature engineering, model training, real-time inference, batch workflows, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with product, design, and operations while leveraging generative AI and cloud-native infrastructure to deliver scalable product features.
