Own accounting operations including month-end close, revenue recognition, AP/AR, reconciliations, audit, tax, payroll, controls and budgeting. Deploy AI tooling to automate close and anomaly detection, build real-time reporting, partner with FP&A, and prepare books for audits and Series B fundraising.

Manage end-to-end member reservations and restaurant partner relationships, deliver high-touch support, troubleshoot operational challenges, educate partners on platform use, and collaborate internally to improve workflows and maintain premium hospitality standards. Requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Lead Dorsia's communications strategy across press, social, influencer, partnerships, and consumer messaging. Manage a small team and external PR agency, deploy AI agents for monitoring and production, build influencer and partnership programs, own consumer communications and brand voice, and align cross-functionally to drive member acquisition and retention.
