Performs precision dimensional inspections of aerospace castings and machined components using CMMs and conventional inspection equipment. Ensures products meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards. Collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain product conformity and support continuous improvement. Reads technical specifications, uses precision measuring instruments, and applies analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

Operate foundry equipment to melt and pour alloys into shell molds for precision cast components. Load and unload ovens, molds, and furnaces; prepare, mark, and weigh materials; operate vacuum furnaces and air melt systems; complete production records; use lifting equipment safely; and follow strict quality, casting, and safety procedures.

Operates drills, saws, grinders, lathes, and vertical milling machines to machine and finish precision casting components. Reads blueprints and work instructions, sets up machinery, verifies parts meet specifications, develops setups and procedures for new jobs, and debugs existing equipment to improve efficiency. This is a third-shift, Monday-to-Friday role in aerospace and industrial gas turbine manufacturing.

Supervises subcontract production control activities, including planning, scheduling, priorities, capacity, delivery dates, logistics, and administrative processes. Coordinates with subcontract manufacturing vendors to support business needs and manages subcontract processes. The role also involves leading production personnel, conducting reviews, setting goals, and applying Lean, Kaizen, 6S, and other advanced manufacturing methodologies.

Owns the dimensional, geometric, and tooling integrity of aerospace investment-cast parts. Responsibilities include interpreting customer blueprints, applying GD&T, performing tolerance stack-up analysis, designing or procuring casting tooling, managing first article inspection qualification, and analyzing metrology data. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and expertise in CAD, precision tooling, CNC machining, structured-light scanning, and ultrasonic testing. This is an on-site position in Oxford, Alabama.

Owns post-casting manufacturing processes for aerospace turbine blades and vanes, including shell knockout, rough machining, chemical core leaching, heat treatment, precision blending, equipment programming, and standard work. Ensures throughput, chemical and thermal compliance, surface finish, and dimensional conformance to casting drawings. Requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of hands-on manufacturing experience, knowledge of heat treatment and pyrometry standards, chemical controls, tooling, and casting drawing interpretation.

Owns vacuum induction melting and directional solidification/single crystal casting processes for aerospace turbine blades and vanes. Serves as the technical authority for thermal profiles, withdrawal mechanics, metallurgical integrity, process compliance, casting yield improvement, and microstructural defect elimination. Requires hands-on experience with vacuum equipment, induction heating, PLC furnace controls, metallurgy, NDT inspection, Laue analysis, statistical software, and casting simulation tools.

The Process Engineer serves as the technical owner for aerospace investment-cast parts, bridging customer specifications and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include interpreting metallurgical and process requirements, managing PPAP and FAI qualification, maintaining part documentation, collaborating with ceramic core, shell, foundry, quality, and production teams, and improving production stability and yields. The role requires expertise in metallurgy, casting defects, microstructure, aerospace quality systems, NDT criteria, and heat-treatment standards.

Process accounts payable and purchasing transactions, verify and pay invoices, post ledger entries, reconcile accounts, assist with month-end close, resolve invoice approval issues, and respond to inquiries. The role requires accounting knowledge, AP experience, ERP and automated AP software familiarity, data-entry proficiency, and knowledge of Alabama sales and use tax laws.

Work as a Vacuum Ingot Processor performing hands-on metal processing tasks using power tools (drills, saws). Role focuses on manual fabrication/processing of ingots in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and adherence to company values.

Operate sandblast equipment to clean and finish metal parts according to departmental instructions, routers, and customer specifications. Load and unload parts, remove debris, maintain equipment, inspect finished work for quality, record job progress in a tracking system, and safely move parts using racks or carts.

Supports the Purchasing and Logistics Manager with SIOP and MPS processes, administrative operations and logistics activities, and subcontractor process management. The role requires production planning, scheduling, ERP and production-control system use, advanced communication and PC skills, and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and advanced manufacturing methodologies. It may also involve leading production staffing, performance reviews, and goal setting.

Owns manufacturing cost accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, operational performance analysis, and decision support. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory accounting, material, labor, and overhead variance analysis, identifying financial trends and risks, strengthening controls, developing recommendations, and communicating insights to finance and operations leadership. The role partners with senior finance and manufacturing stakeholders to support profitable growth.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. Manage project goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, evaluations, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with general contractors, authorities, equipment suppliers, site management, and steering committees. Monitor progress, facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and regularly update senior site leadership.

Lead product development and introduce new investment-cast superalloy components from quote to production. Define metallurgical and manufacturing processes, interpret complex engineering drawings, support exotic metal fabrications, manage customer deliverables, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead shift-level manufacturing operations for precision aerospace cast components. Drive productivity, OTIF delivery, process optimization, tooling and equipment utilization, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and quality.

Operate vacuum furnaces and related equipment to melt and prepare metal charges for precision casting. Load/unload furnaces using forklifts/cranes, prepare launders and molds, assist with heat tapping, maintain records, follow safety and quality procedures, and support efficient furnace turnaround.

Lead lean transformation in a precision manufacturing plant: drive Kaizen and Hoshin planning, run TPM and root-cause analysis, perform time-studies, build visual management, manage improvement projects, train staff on 5S and lean, and deliver measurable KPI improvements (Productivity, OEE, Rework).

Supervise manufacturing operations to produce quality aerospace cast components. Ensure process control, safety, OTIF delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement. Train and develop staff, manage performance, use ERP and planning systems, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.

Perform fluorescent penetrant inspections (FPI Level II) on investment castings and wax patterns to specified procedures. Read/interpret blueprints, use gauging/measuring tools, ensure quality and defect detection, and meet production goals on night shift.
