Operate vacuum furnaces to melt metals, prepare and verify materials, load heat charges using forklifts/cranes, prepare launders and molds, assist with heat tapping, maintain records, ensure safety and efficient furnace turnaround.

Lead process and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing facility using CAD for layouts, modeling, vendor integration, and project management. Manage ~$3M CapEx and $1M turnaround budgets, apply LEAN/Six Sigma, implement automation and PLC controls, and support operations to improve productivity. Hybrid role with occasional travel and irregular hours.

Develop, validate, and execute CMM inspection programs (PC-DMIS/Calypso) for precision aerospace components. Perform FAI and in-process inspections, interpret drawings/GD&T, analyze data, report results, troubleshoot measurement issues, maintain CMM calibration, and support continuous improvement.
