Leads planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and completion of a multi-site expansion project. Manages budgets, timelines, deliverables, resources, contractors, vendors, suppliers, authorities, and stakeholders. Facilitates steering committee meetings, maintains project documentation and communication, evaluates progress, and reports updates to site management. Ensures project objectives, targets, standards, and implementation milestones are achieved.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and employee records. Serves as a key employee contact while ensuring accurate HR processes and administration. The role requires recruitment and onboarding experience, HRIS knowledge, understanding of labor law and payroll processing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Performs manufacturing cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, inventory valuation, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and management reporting. Partners with Finance and Operations leadership to interpret financial and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, improve controls and reporting, and support business decisions. The role also develops financial models and dashboards, supports audits, and leads process improvement initiatives.
