Position Purpose

As a Senior Communications Manager, you will lead TEM Agency’s internal and external communications strategy. You will ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, enhance corporate reputation, manage media relations, and oversee the development of high-impact content. This role requires strategic leadership, strong storytelling skills, and experience managing multi-channel communication programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Communications Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall communications strategy in alignment with TEM Agency’s business objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the communications team, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging.

  1. Corporate Messaging & Content

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website updates, and corporate presentations.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

  1. Media Relations & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.

  • Manage media inquiries, press coverage, and public statements to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

  1. Internal Communications

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and reinforce company culture.

  • Coordinate announcements, newsletters, and corporate events to ensure alignment and clarity of messaging.

  1. Crisis Communication Management

  • Lead communication planning and response during crises or sensitive situations.

  • Develop messaging frameworks to manage reputation and maintain stakeholder trust.

  1. Measurement & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on communications initiatives and campaigns.

  • Use insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.

  • Proven experience in content creation, media relations, internal communications, and crisis management.

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills in Turkish and English.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact of communications strategies.

  • High adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
