Position Purpose

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting users, and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational performance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where technology drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

System & Network Management

  • Ensure the smooth operation of company hardware, software, and network systems.

  • Monitor and maintain servers, backups, and security systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly.

Technical Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments (onsite and remote).

  • Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution.

  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and hardware.

Security & Data Protection

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and antivirus systems.

  • Support data backup, recovery, and access control processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company data protection policies.

System Development & Optimization

  • Support digital transformation projects and new software implementations.

  • Evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with management to identify IT needs and suggest improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and IT partners for maintenance and procurement.

  • Assist in training employees on IT systems and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common enterprise software.

  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls).

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Turkish and English (Preferred).

Required Skills
  • Familiarity with cloud systems (Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, or similar).

  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices.

  • Knowledge of database systems and backup management.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic environments.
