Manage high-budget paid social lead-generation campaigns (primarily Meta) for 20–25 clients, analyze performance and data to optimize quality, volume and revenue, run tests and iterate strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to build acquisition funnels.

Manage and optimize high-budget paid search acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) to drive lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin. Analyze performance, run structured experiments, scale successful tactics, collaborate across teams to improve the acquisition funnel, and continuously refine strategies for North American clients.

Partner with managers and employees across multiple countries to handle employee relations, performance management, international HR and mobility, HR reporting, vendor coordination, and People projects to improve processes and scale People operations.

Lead cross-functional revenue operations initiatives to improve acquisition measurement, lead management, reporting, and data governance. Build BI dashboards, translate business needs for Product & Engineering, drive growth/reactivation projects, and implement scalable operational solutions to increase acquisition and revenue performance.
