As a Sales Enablement Partner, you will drive product adoption and sales performance by collaborating with sales teams, managing project implementations, and enhancing training programs.

Lead employee relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management. Use ER data and analytics to identify trends, inform policy, and support strategic People and Legal initiatives. Lead outsourcing governance and day-to-day vendor management for Paymentsense Ireland. Own outsourcing framework, run risk assessments and due diligence, track service provider performance via dashboards, flag capacity or performance risks, and report outsourcing performance and risk posture to the Board and regulators.

Build outbound sales pipeline for mid-market merchants via cold outreach (phone, email, social). Qualify prospects, run discovery calls, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing/product/operations, attend sales meetings and training, and help shape the new BDR function.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC and OmniStudio. Build integrations via APIs, support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot escalated issues, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.

Design, build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), implement CPQ and Revenue Cloud, create guided experiences with OmniStudio, integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs, support CI/CD deployments, troubleshoot escalated issues, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating across teams.

Responsible for AML monitoring and reporting in payments: handle KYC escalations, EDD, transaction monitoring escalations, assist STR preparation and AML self-assessments, maintain documentation, support regulatory reporting, deliver AML training, and improve AML policies and controls while working with cross-functional teams.
