Researches tax issues, resolves client needs, and mentors staff while ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Leads audit engagements across multiple industries, overseeing planning, testing, financial statement preparation, quality control, risk assessment, and client reporting. Reviews staff work, mentors associates, trains new hires, researches complex accounting issues, manages deadlines, develops client relationships, and supports business development and cross-selling. Requires a CPA license, accounting degree, at least five years of audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and up to 20% travel.
